Important activity in a coffee farming calendar that equips farmers with new updates and technology. This is done through internal field officers who make sure that our farmers don't lag behind on incoming new technologies, policies and other updates regarding their farming and prepare themselves for external inspections.
Nevertheless, these trainings and capacity Building sessions provides them with all awareness regarding organic standards and procedures as failure to adhere to these proceedings will lead them to be sanctioned and removed from the organic standard family.
